Access to MDConsult now do not need username and password - Just based on IP authentication

We now have access to MD Consult through IP authentication. That means no more User names and Passwords! You'll see that the welcome page looks different and people can still set up personal accounts to access Patient Education Handouts, Pocket Consult for the PDA, and My Folder.
